We will ensure all deliveries are shipped within 3 days, this is to ensure high standards of our coffee. All shipping is with Australia Post (Australia wide) and you will be notified with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.
Delivery times will vary. All orders are shipped from Teven, NSW. If there is an issue with your delivery such as damaged goods or a missing item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
As part of our subscription, we ship every 2 and every 4 weeks. Once you sign up to our subscription, you will be notified of the first week your subscription will start. All shipping is with Australia Post.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
If you receive your package and it has been damaged in transit, please do not accept the item and advise the courier to return the package to us. If you have opened your package and find the contents inside has been damaged, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in to be eligible for a return.
